Ethicist and environmentalist Willis Jenkins on “The Future of Love”

Willis Jenkins, the Margaret A. Farley Assistant Professor of Social Ethics at Yale Divinity School, will present “The Future of Love.” Jenkins' lecture considers several models of intergenerational ethics, including questions concerning how we should think about obligations to future generations.

Jenkins teaches environmental ethics, global ethics, and Christian social thought at Yale Divinity School, and also holds a secondary appointment at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. He is author of Ecologies of Grace: Environmental Ethics and Christian Theology, which won a 2009 Templeton Award for Theological Promise, and Sustainability, Social Justice, and Christian Ethics.
