Liles nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year award

Former Sewanee women's tennis student-athlete Jenny Liles has been nominated by the Southern Athletic Association for the prestigious NCAA Woman of the Year award, the NCAA announced recently.

A 2013 NCAA Postgraduate Scholar, Liles was valedictorian of the class of 2013. The Little Rock, Ark., native also received the first-ever SAA Woman of the Year award and was named a 2013 Capital One College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-American. The Top 30 NCAA honorees, ten from each division, which will be announced by the NCAA in early September. See the full story here.
